Concord NC News was a favorite of mine since my first time in 1998. The paper has been published from 1976 to the present. I grew up reading the paper and have been a reader since I watched the television show “The Newsroom” and “The Office.” I can’t remember if the newspaper ran itself for a few years or if it became a part of the newspaper chain.
Concord NC News is the only national daily newspaper that has a print edition. The paper is now owned by Cox Newspapers, a part of Hearst Digital Media.
