I think the most important thing we can do to grow in our relationship with God is to live as a child of God. When we grow up in the church, we are expected to be obedient and be a part of the church community. When we grow up in the world, we are expected to be obedient and be the church. Those are the expectations we are supposed to live up to. We are supposed to be people of the church or church community.
Well, not really. We are supposed to be obedient to the church. It is assumed that we will be obedient in our walk with the Lord. This is very different from obedience to the church community. The kingdom of heaven is not to be lived by doing what the church wants us to do. Jesus is not to be crucified and executed for our sins. And if that is what Jesus wants us to do, that is fine. Jesus wants us to be obedient to him.
Now when I listen to the church leaders talk about heaven I get the sense that it’s not very heaven-like. They seem to think heaven is a place where everything is perfect. No one ever seems to get hurt. No one ever gets sick. No one ever gets tired. We just all live our lives to the best of our ability. Hell isn’t heaven.
I’m not saying heaven is actually like that, but it doesn’t seem like hell is either. When I was a kid I remember being told that hell was like, “It’s just a big, damp, dark hole.” That doesn’t seem like hell to me. Hell is more like a place where you can’t see what’s really there. I think heaven is just the opposite.
The biggest problem with the idea of heaven is the idea of judgment. The idea that God is just a being who has a lot of power, and that he is just going to do whatever he wants to you if you don’t do what he wants you to do. Thats pretty much God’s definition of hell. The people who make heaven and hell seem to believe that God is perfect and that he has no problems, and that he has no ulterior motives.
To a certain degree this is true. God is perfect and his intentions are good, but he’s not really perfect. He has a human agenda, and he has a lot of power. He is going to judge you as he wants to, and he will give you a reward at the end for doing what he wants you to do. But he can’t make your life perfect, because he is not perfect.
So how do you know if you are in hell? You might have been here once but you have to have been here before for you to be here. You have to be here because you are here for a reason, and your story is the reason. To be sure, you need to know the why of your existence. But to know the why of your existence, you have to know the cause of your existence.
So if you are not sure if you are in hell, you might have been here before and had a reason to be here. All you have to know is that you had a reason to be here and you are here now because of that reason. You are not here just for the heck of it. You have a reason for being here and you are here because of that reason. This is a good devotional because it helps us focus on why we’re here.
Earth Day is an annual celebration that allows people to remember the earth as we know it. We are all a part of this earth and many of us have a significant role in the earth’s future. We have the ability to change the course of the earth. We can have a profound impact on the earth. I don’t think I’m going to go back to work tomorrow. I will take my chances in life.
And that’s exactly what the world needs more of. If there was a way to create this world in which everyone could be so impactful, then we would have a chance but there is no such way. The earth needs us to do more. We have the ability to change the course of the earth, but we have to realize that we have to do more. We need to stay in our homes and jobs. We need to leave the comforts of home.
