This video is about my new book, The Three Levels of Self-Awareness. I wanted to share it with you so you can get a little insight into what I’ve been doing for the past four years. I hope this helps you make a decision to start doing something new and take that first step into a new direction.

This book is just the first in a series of self-awareness books and this one is the first in my “Three Levels” series. I hope you enjoy it.

The process of self-awareness is twofold. The first is that you’re not alone. Though it’s good to know your life is a gift and you’re just a fool, it’s also good to know it’s all a trick. The second is that you’re not alone.

I’ve read this book a couple times already and I’ve gotten a lot out of it. That’s because I’ve been practicing this self-awareness the whole time. I’ve been practicing it non-stop since I was a child, and I’m still practicing it now.

I’ve gotten a lot of comments from people about how my self-awareness is a thing of the past, and how I’m supposed to feel the whole time.I guess you will have to look at my self-awareness, but sometimes I want to be able to change it. I don’t know if its too obvious or not, but the feeling is there.

This is probably the biggest point I would like to make, but it’s been a while since I have written anything about self-awareness. Self-awareness is an interesting topic and something I have been thinking about from time to time. I guess my main issue is that I have trouble articulating what I think is important. So, sometimes I try to say “I am aware of…”, and then I don’t like how it sounds.

I’m not saying you should always say that you are aware of your habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. I’m saying that if you are aware of certain things, and you are trying to change them, it can be very distracting. It can be very hard to say, “I am aware of my habitual drinking,” without that habit being very obvious. I’m not saying you should never say that you are aware of certain things.

Ok, so I’m aware of my habit of always opening the fridge when I’m drunk, but I’m not really aware of the habit of opening the fridge when I’m not drunk. I’m also aware that I open the fridge when I’m drunk.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
