The only thing I can think of is food addiction.

Yeah, I don’t really have a problem with it. I know that it’s what I was told to do my whole life, but I’d rather eat a meal instead of something that I want to eat later. And I know that there’s many things you can do to make yourself feel better, like exercise and meditating. But, for me, I have a hard time enjoying food when I’m already stuffed. I have to force myself to eat even when I’m full.

I think its a problem of self-discipline. As you begin to learn the art of eating, you can begin to feel better about yourself. And, in fact, I think it helps to know how to eat well. As well as being a great way to stay in shape, eating well can also provide a lot of other good health benefits.
