That being said, I think that the right mindset can help you achieve your dreams. It’s not enough to just be aware of your life, your goals, and your values. You need to be able to look past all the day-to-day things that are going on as you get up in the morning and put on your favorite outfit and decide whether it’s time to do something about it.
The first step is to acknowledge that you’re doing this. It’s the “it” that’s making you feel bad about yourself. We all have days where we can’t think about the things we need to do, or those we want to do. We need to recognize our feelings, and how they feel about ourselves.
My feeling is this: When I read the posts coming out of the Guardian, I think it’s more than likely the people who know my name and know what I do know about these things. When I see someone I love, I don’t feel guilty about it. So what is the point? After all, I am doing this for the first time.
Well of course we all know we have a lot to learn about ourselves. The more we learn about ourselves, the more we can become aware of those things that are bothering us. But the problem is that we don’t always know how to recognize our feelings. And how do we know when we need to feel something? What is the best way to know? We need some sort of feedback system or process that tells us when we need to feel something. A system where we could be reminded.
