In this podcast I share the benefits of self awareness and how I have been able to overcome my own fears, limiting beliefs, and self-defeating behaviors.
You may know this as the practice of taking yourself out of the loop of your own life and putting yourself out there in a way that you are not able to see at first. I’ve been doing this for a while now and it has been incredibly empowering.
In a lot of ways, the practice of self-awareness is the same practice as taking your life out of the loop of your own life. What you do is you become aware of what you are doing. You look at what you are doing and you notice where it is going wrong. You then do something about it. In a way, the practice of taking yourself out of the loop of your own life mirrors the practice of taking your life out of the loop of your own mind.
To be clear, self-awareness is not the same as self-knowledge or self-knowledge. Self-awareness is more like “knowing what you are doing to your life,” and that’s the ultimate form of self-knowledge.
When this happens, you can easily imagine the “I am” that is the focus of your life. You are in the “I am” space and you notice what’s going on. Your life is a collection of some pretty neat things, but it goes beyond that. If you are in the “I am” space, and if you’re in the “I am” space with the “I am” thing on your mind, you are in the “I am” space.
The I am space is where you are in relation to your life goals, your goals for what you want to be, and your goals for your work/relationship/life. There are many I am spaces, all of which have different levels of self-awareness. As you get better at understanding and noticing the I am space, you will start to see your day to day life as more of a journey rather than a straight line.
The I am space is like a physical, tangible space. It is the space in the middle of your body. It is the space your mind occupies and it is the space within your body that’s occupied by your thoughts. The I am space is what you think about most every day. It is the space in your mind where your thoughts are created and your thoughts are owned. It is the space between your thoughts and your consciousness.
The question is, will you allow yourself to be thrown in the ocean for nothing more than a couple of seconds? I have no idea which of these five choices would make you happier. But I know you can be happy. And if you don’t want to be around when the I am space is empty, then you shouldn’t be worrying about your heart.
It’s a funny thing, but the last time I had a heart attack I was in bed with my husband. So yeah, people always seem to be happy and content at the time of their heart attack. But you can get your heart back. If you want to, you can start worrying about your heart. It’s probably the least important thing to worry about, but if you’re worried about your heart then you’re probably not really worrying about anything so it is okay to lose a second.
The good news is that if you have a heart attack, you will probably be alive and youre still alive. That means you can get back up and get going. And, if your heart is healthy, then you could be back to work and playing again. You will probably also feel better. The bad news is that if you have a heart attack, you will die.
