when I hear someone describe their diet as “predominantly”, I think of those who eat a lot of food, or eat a wide variety of food.
It’s a little surprising that you’d get people who say they eat a lot of food when they don’t – I can’t image anyone who has a diet that’s primarily meatless or a wide variety of foods – but I guess if you live in a society that’s very carnivorous (or a society that doesn’t have meat, for that matter), it only makes sense.
I think what predominating is really about is how much you eat or how much you have to eat: either your diet has to be a wide variety of foods, or you have to eat a lot of food. People who say they eat a lot of food might not necessarily be eating meat or animal protein, but I can imagine a person who says they eat a lot of foods who might eat a lot of food and then some.
I think predominating can be the opposite of carnivorous. It can be about how much you have to eat, but not necessarily meat, or how much you have to eat a lot of foods.
Predominating is the opposite of frugal. Frugality is about eating a small amount of food on a regular basis, which is in itself a rather boring concept. Predominating is about eating a lot of food, which is actually a rather interesting concept. Eating a lot of food is actually quite the opposite of frugal, but eating a lot of food isn’t frugal.

You cannot be a frugal person and enjoy eating a lot of food. The concept of frugality does not make sense. Eating a lot of food is a waste of time and money. I could go on and on about the concept of predominating, but I won’t really be able to explain why frugality isnt frugal.
I think the purpose of predominating is to prevent frugality. If you eat a lot of food, you can easily save money. Food is already affordable, so why would you not save money by eating a lot of cheap food? I think predominating is a very interesting concept and I think it can actually be a lot of fun. I have no clue what I’m talking about here really.
I think predominating is a great idea and it’s definitely worth a look. Not only does it encourage us to save money, but it also helps our bodies. Although food is expensive, it’s still healthy. Not only that, but it’s not like we can’t save money by eating the cheapest food in the world, we can eat the cheapest food and save money (even though we might not be doing a lot of it).
