This is why it can be so difficult to get our minds off ourselves and our own agendas. We have the ability to create a mental image of ourselves. It is like we can create a picture of ourselves as we look at the world and act in a certain way. We don’t have to say that we want to be more like this new character, or that we want to be more like that character, we just have to watch ourselves and change our actions to fit our wants.
