In the mid-1990s, two different scientists, Dr. Robert L. Berenstain and Dr. Alan J. Guttmacher, surveyed the waukegan population, a small town in central Illinois. They found an extremely high number of residents who were considered to be high-functioning and who were able to function well in life. They concluded that they were people who had high intelligence, self-acceptance, and a love of life.
And now, the waukegan population has been drastically reduced by the high concentration of people who are, well, psychotic. The recent article “How to Stop Waukegan” by Waukegan residents tells the story of a family who had three children and lost everything to the asylum. These are the same people who, when asked if they were “murdered” by the asylum, replied “No, they are all dead.” You can read the article yourself here.
That’s a very sad story, but it really raises an important question that I see a lot of people ask.
We have already gone through this story so I won’t go into it here. Suffice to say that people who are psychotic are usually delusional, misremembering things. They have no memory of what happened, they have no idea who they are or who they are supposed to be. I recently read an article by a man who was in the psychiatric ward for over a year. One of the nurses who cared for him told him that he was dead, that he was dead because he was psychotic.
It’s also important to note that some psychotic people are just “bad” people who didn’t know they were evil. Like most of the other psychotic people, they may have been “bad” because they didn’t know they were bad. Or perhaps they were mad at themselves for not realizing how bad they were.
There is some truth to the idea that psychotic people can be bad – especially the ones who are so out of touch with their own mind that they can’t even see themselves as bad. But psychotic people are also bad because they are bad – and they are worse than other types of people because they have no real boundaries and no sense of self-preservation. They are a plague on society.
Psychotic people are different from psychotic people. Psychotic people who have lost touch with their own sanity or sense of morality – that is, the people who are so out of touch with how they are that they are unable to make good decisions or even recognize the right way to do something – they are always in the wrong, causing disasters and killing people with no reason. Psychotic people are dangerous and they are a real danger to the world, and they are bad because they are bad.
Psychotic people are a real danger to us. They have no good reasons to commit acts of violence or to keep us safe. They are just bad people and often we never see the good reasons or good ways in which they are bad. Psychosis is a disease that usually starts in childhood, but it is not always this disease. Sometimes, they are violent. Sometimes, they are violent because they have lost touch with their sense of reality or morality.
Psychosis can be caused by a number of things, but most often it’s a result of a substance abusing parent. It can also be a result of trauma, or a combination of both. There is always a chance that someone could be using psychotropic medications, and even a small chance that they could be using a drug that could turn them into psychotic. That’s why it is important for us to ask our loved ones if they have any other symptoms of psychosis.
Psychotic symptoms are very common, especially when it comes to drug abuse. The most common are delusions. These are the most damaging for the individual, because they cause them to believe that they are being watched and controlled by others (a delusion that is usually not true). Other things that can cause psychosis include withdrawal from other drugs that may cause delusions, and an increase in sleep or alcohol consumption.
