I believe that we all have the ability to be more mindful of our actions. We have the ability to self-reflect, but we don’t always realize what we’re doing or where we’re going.

The point of self-awareness is that you’re capable of being aware of your own actions, however you choose to be aware of yourself. In this case, a big part of the problem with many people’s behavior is that they tend to go with their own bad habits. For example, I have been known to go on and on about how I “don’t eat healthy.” I think this is a common problem for many people.

I do like to eat healthy, but I think that is a conscious choice. I dont think that a lot of people are aware that we need to be in a state of being conscious of what we are eating and drinking. Another common mistake I see is people who buy into the idea that they are being more “active” in their lives when they are actually putting on their own weight.

If you are aware of your eating habits and you are eating healthy, then you can easily see that you are not actually exercising at all. You are eating all the time to fill up your stomach, and your body is not paying you any attention. If you are not at least aware of where you are eating and what you are doing, then you have to ask yourself why you are not exercising.

This is what I would call common sense. If you are aware of your weight, then you can easily see that you are actually not exercising. If you are not aware of what you are doing when you are not exercising, then you have to ask yourself why you are not exercising.
